(from top to bottom) 1)My favorite in the set. I like the composition. But i have to nitpick the trunk which was slashed at the end of the frame. Easily done in cloning.
2)Im not sure if its the post processing. But the image is soft(blurred/out of focus). And again thin depth of field. Since dax is in the backround. unless it was intentional to blur out dax. And underexposed. maybe its your style. still underexposed and soft for my taste.
3 4 5 6 The positioning of the subject is a bit of a turn off. But easily be cropped.
3) Crop it tighter and either make it portrait or make the subject dead center, or follow the rule of the third or crop landscape and carlin would be at the edge of the photo and try not to remove the S curve at the background(road)
4) Crop the left side of the building. too many distraction.
5) Crop the right side(to remove the first post with pink flowers).
6) Tilted shot.Nice concept thou.
2-6) In regards to post processing. We all have our own style. Practice more on post processing. Or have your own routine or style.
admittedly, from 2-6 the colors are too muted, too many grays. I'm thinking this is your favorable style. Since almost all of your shots got too many grays(hazy).
before anything else GREAT LOCATION!
